Transactions run through an escrow system. Funds are held securely and automatically released after 72 hours, unless an issue is raised. This protects buyers from non-delivery and sellers from non-payment.

Yes. The Offer/Negotiate feature lets buyers and sellers agree on terms before closing a deal.
Store owners and vendors register as franchisees. Genlob buys produce from farmers and assigns stock to franchisees to sell on its behalf. Farmers and franchisees do not deal with each other directly. Genlob is the sole intermediary, which keeps pricing, quality and payment orderly. When remittance is made, Genlob deducts its agreed share from the vendor's account.

Agents bring farmers onto the platform and pair their produce with Genlob. Where a farmer came through an agent, Genlob credits the agent, who then pays the farmer. Agents are rewarded through the agent code system.
